About the Job:

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Business Consultant / Business Setup Advisor with a strong background in business setup. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in guiding individuals and organizations through the process of establishing their business licenses while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

– Generate and manage incoming sales inquiries via phone calls, emails, chats, walk-ins, and referrals.
– Follow up with new and existing clients and update their status in the CRM system.
– Educate clients on company formation, suitable business activities, eligibility criteria, and free zone regulations.
– Attend events and networking sessions to maximize sales beyond marketing-generated leads.
– Train and mentor new business setup consultants to enhance sales performance.
– Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and free zone authorities.
– Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
– Manage CRM records and maintain accurate client data.
– Stay updated on product knowledge and competitor packages.
– Provide monthly reports on sales performance versus the number of leads received.
– Coordinate with the Compliance and Operations teams to ensure smooth client processing.
– Conduct competitor analysis and market research, including mystery shopping.
– Deliver outstanding customer service from initial inquiry to business setup completion.
– Maintain high conversion rates and ensure client satisfaction.
– Assist clients with inquiries related to company incorporation, visa processing, and associated fees.
– Provide clear, transparent, and accurate information to clients regarding their requirements.
– Prepare reports as required by the line manager.

  • Client Needs Assessment : Understanding client challenges and tailoring services accordingly.

Education
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
